01Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your session date. A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Once a shoot date has been verbally agreed, it is held provisionally for 7 days. To confirm the booking, full payment must be received and the relevant paperwork signed and returned within this period, unless otherwise agreed by See You In Action Photography. The contract for your booking (Service Agreement) will be provided to you directly by See You In Action Photography ahead of the shoot, along with a Model Release Form where applicable. If payment and paperwork are not completed within this time, the date may be released.

02Rescheduling & Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, you are entitled to one date rearrangement, subject to availability.

If a mutually suitable alternative date cannot be agreed and you wish to cancel the booking rather than reschedule, no refund will be issued. This is because an alternative date will always be offered in order to complete the work, and full payment was agreed at the point of booking.

03If I Need to Reschedule

On the rare occasion that I am unable to attend a confirmed shoot, I will offer to reschedule and provide alternative dates for your session.

If no alternative date can be found that works for both parties, a full refund will be considered as a final resort.

04Pricing & Quotes

The price agreed at the time of booking is the price you will pay. This remains valid through to completion of the work, even if my standard pricing changes in the meantime.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued. If a booking is not confirmed within this period, a new quote may be required, and pricing may differ based on current rates, package availability, and timing.

05Deliverables

Each package includes a selection of high-resolution, fully edited images, as outlined on the Pricing section of my website at the time of booking. The exact number of images can vary from shoot to shoot depending on factors like access, weather, and what happens on the day, but you'll always receive a genuine, professionally edited set reflecting the best coverage from your session.

06Session Length & Breaks

For Full Day (8-hour) bookings, a reasonable lunch break is factored into the day. Shorter packages (Bite-Sized Action and Half Day Action) do not include a scheduled break.

07Availability

Due to other work commitments, all photography sessions are currently offered on weekends only.

08Response Times

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receiving them. Occasionally, due to other work commitments, this may take a little longer, though I will always aim to reply as promptly as possible.

09Copyright & Usage Rights

Copyright in all images remains with See You In Action Photography. Your package includes a usage licence for your own marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, print materials), as described in your chosen package. Images may not be resold or licensed to third parties without prior written agreement.

10Third-Party Events & Site Authorisation

Where a shoot takes place at, or as part of, a wider event organised by someone other than you — for example, a wedding, exhibition, or venue-run event — and I am not directly contracted by the event organiser or venue, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission for me to attend and photograph on-site. I attend solely on your behalf, and responsibility for securing this authorisation — including any liability arising if it is not obtained — rests with you, not with See You In Action Photography.

11Liability

While every care is taken during a shoot, See You In Action Photography is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from a session, beyond the value of the booking itself.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
