See You In Action Photography

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

01Who We Are

See You In Action Photography is a sole-trader behind-the-scenes business photography service run by Iain, based in Northumberland, UK. This policy explains what personal information is collected through this website, how it's used, and what rights you have over it. For any privacy question, contact seeyouinaction@outlook.com.

02What Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through two places on the site:

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics that identifies individual visitors.

03How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your enquiry and, where a booking goes ahead, to arrange and deliver that session. Reviews are used to display publicly on the Reviews page of this website — please don't include anything in a review you wouldn't want published, as review submissions are not private.

04Who Sees It

Your information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It does pass through the following service providers, who process it on our behalf purely to make the website function:

These providers may process data outside the UK; both operate under their own privacy and security standards, which you can review on their respective websites.

05How Long We Keep It

Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry or booking. Published reviews are kept indefinitely as public content, unless you ask for one to be removed or amended.

06Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted — including asking for a published review to be taken down. To exercise any of these, email seeyouinaction@outlook.com. If you're not satisfied with how a request is handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

07Children's Information

This website is not directed at children, and the contact and review forms are not intended for use by anyone under 18. Where a shoot involves photographing someone under 18, consent is handled separately through our Model Release Form for Minors, signed by a parent or legal guardian — see the Legal Library.

08Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website or how we handle information. The most current version will always be available on this page.
